Government Terms and Conditions for IT Contracts (ARBIT) consist of these General Provisions and Special Provisions.

The General Government Purchasing Conditions 2018 (ARIV 2018) apply to all Contracts, as included in Appendix 5.B. 1.3.3 Tender procedure and selection procedure A public procedure has been chosen for the following reasons: • The estimated value of the contract in one (1) year is higher than the threshold amount for European Tendering; • Given the value and scope of the contract, the Contracting Authority wants to motivate as many parties as possible to submit a tender.

Artikel 26 van de GIBIT 2023 is onder andere een voorbeeld van een exit-strategie die aan de minimumvoorwaarden voldoet.

In de GIBIT 2023 zijn de aansprakelijkheid, de exit-strategie en de uitvoering van audits wel geregeld.
